  • These families have received their own plot of land and building materials  (up to $2,500 per house according to their
needs) as a micro-credit without interest. They will return this amount little by little, about $5 per month. The collected money
will go to new houses for other families.

  • EH&D will never urge the collection of these installments, but the property of the houses will not be registered until the
residents have returned the loan entirely.

  • The homes will be the only residence for the families. Once the loan is repaid, the properties will be registered but cannot
be sold or rented during ten years.

  • Meanwhile they won't be able to rent, to transfer or to leave empty their houses. If they don't want to continue living in it,
EH&D will return them the money they have paid and the house will be occupied by another family, approved by the solidarity
    group.

  • The new community will establish the guidelines to assure a pleasant and harmonious way of living and mutual respect for
    each other.
