Help us

  • These families have received their own plot of land and building materials  (up to $1800 per house according to their
needs) as a micro-credit without interest. They will return this amount little by little, about $5 per month. The collected
money will go to new houses for other families.

  • EH&D will never urge the collection of these installments, but the property of the houses will not be registered until the
residents have returned the loan entirely.

  • They will help each other to build their houses.

  • The homes are expected to be completed within a year of receiving the loan. The homes will be the only residence for the
families. Once the loan is repaid, the properties will be registered but cannot be sold or rented during ten years.

  • Meanwhile they won't be able to rent, to transfer or to leave empty their houses. If they don't want to continue living in it,
EH&D will return them the money they have paid and the house will be occupied by another family, approved by the
    solidarity group.

  • The new community will establish the guidelines to assure a pleasant and harmonious way of living and mutual respect
    for each other.
